Schafer has an excellent record of success working with Colorado companies and governmental agencies, municipalities, and institutions. Approximately 50% of our projects are for private companies and 50% for on-going, multi-year contracts with Colorado municipalities and public agencies. As a result, we are adept and versatile in managing large, multi-site projects on a task-order basis, and working with Colorado regulators, including the CDPHE, on our clients’ behalf.
All asbestos, LBP and hazardous material projects conducted by Schafer have strictly adhered to OSHA, EPA, and CDPHE regulations, from start to finish. Neither Schafer nor any subcontractor working under our direction has received any notice of violation from CDPHE, EPA, or OSHA.
Our core team and field team leaders, together and individually, have successfully completed local contracts for hazardous materials assessment, design, and management prior to demolition, of large multi-building redevelopments at the following locations:
